As men of God, we need no introduction to the spiritual battle we face on a daily basis. This battle takes place in both our personal and public battle grounds (reference the C2C Battleplan Checkup sheet). Within our public battle grounds, the most significant and influential earthly relationship any married man will have, is with his wife.
From this relationship, all other relationships within our home have their origin and making. The most unique and exclusive element of our relationship with our wives, is that of sexual intimacy. And because of this, it has tremendous potential to enhance and grow our marriages, but equally to diminish and erode our marriages.
And yet, in the vast majority, sexual intimacy arguably remains the most poorly communicated, understood and invested in domain, within our marriages. By the way, it's also the root cause for divorce through infidelity and 'growing apart' (cited as the top 2 reasons for divorce).
So here's my point:
Gents, you want to whack Satan with a right hook that will put him down time and again? Simply put, have great sex with your wife. However, as we know all too well, this is not simply achieved! Accordingly, please reconsider your approach to this vital domain within your marriage, by examining the attached intimacy check up sheet, and making the necessary investment in your marriage, with the recommended resources.
